In the ever-evolving landscape of project management, Scrum has emerged as one of the most popular frameworks for Agile development. Let me start by saying that I am not demeaning the Scrum Guide in any way. The Scrum framework has changed the world for the better in ways that are impossible to fully quantify simply because of the scale of its impact. That being said, the Scrum framework "just" guides the interactions of the Scrum team itself.

In the 2020 version of the Scrum Guide a new thinking model was added to the principles on which Scrum is founded - Lean Thinking.
