Kanban and scrum are agile project management methodologies that can be used for similar purposes, but each has its unique pros and cons. As a project manager, it’s important to understand the difference between kanban and scrum so you can determine the best approach for your team. What Is Scrum?
Every project is different, of course, but the differences when managing softwaredevelopment projects are especially so, due to its distinct life-cycle processes. What Is Software Project Management? Software project management is the planning, managing and tracking of softwaredevelopment projects.
Frustrated developers started to introduce new methods, such as Scrum, rapid application development, extreme programming, DSMD, features-driven development and pragmatic programming. Often we work harder in Scrum teams, but not necessarily smarter. As a technical Scrum Master and technical Agile Coach, I travel a lot with teams and accompany them on their adventures.
