Scaled Agile Framework has taken the corporate world by storm. The keyword shows 44,30,000 results on Google. That’s a lightning jolt! Here’s an answer to that question. 37% of the respondents reported that their organizations used SAFe to scale agile.
A few years ago, before the pandemic, I visited an Agile conference in Kyiv, Ukraine. At the very end of it there was a panel discussion with some of the big names in the European Agile world. TL; DR: Survey: Would you recommend SAFe®? SAFe® has always been a controversial topic within the agile community. Therefore, back in 2017, I ran a survey on the Net Promoter Score® of the Scaled Agile Framework SAFe®. The result back then was -52. Four and a half years later, I believe it is time to rerun the poll: SAFe® has been through several iterations, and many more agile practitioners have experienced working with it.

While different departments are responsible for their parts of the project, they all form a single company. And a company can exist only when there is room for discussion and idea exchange. In reality, many employees take on most responsibilities to avoid putting further strain on their coworkers.

Here's my twist on an old classic. If I've learnt anything by writing this, it's that I should stick to training Scrum and not writing poetry! . 'Twas the night before Sprint Review, when all through the building. Not a dev was there stirring, definitely not out chilling; The increment has been hung on the Ops branch with care, In hopes that the stakeholders soon would be there; Most of the Scrum Team were all snug in their beds; While visions of acceptance criteria danced in their heads; The P
