Practice, Office, Admin Department, Client, Matter and personalized home pages are almost finished. We are using audiences and content targeting to deliver webparts and data on everyones home page.

Recently we activated a filter in Wrike as one of the tools that make time and activities tracking easy. The filter doesn’t only select the tasks or folders you need, it helps you manage your information and track projects. Filter activities you work on together Let me demonstrate how it works. You want to have a picture of all tasks that John is in charge of and shares with Mary and that are already completed.

[12.13.2006 Updates] This sticker has changed into a message bar. If I’m online and logged in to Wrike, sooner or later I will notice a message bar on my screen. It informs me about any changes that were made to the tasks that I created; are shared with me or I’m responsible for. I can easily check current state of any task clicking its name (that is in blue color).

We are moving towards providing users’ wishes and needs. You can have any number of e-mail addresses under your account in Wrike. It’s an important feature for those who manage both personal and business activities and have more than one e-mail address. No matter from which e-mail you create tasks in Wrike, they are structured in accordance to your logic.

Today I tried to export my RSS feeds from RSS Bandit into an OPML file and import it into Internet Explorer 7. To my surprise, the import feature is located under the “Add to Favorites” button in IE7. Not the best organization of menus, I’d say. My next surprise was that Import Wizard did not import anything and did not prompt any reasonable error message.
