Although he passed away in 2011, his daughter, Efrat Goldratt-Ashlag, authored “Goldratt’s Rules of Flow,” a book that could be seen as the one Eli wanted to write but never did. This book focuses on managing multiple projects and aims to deliver as many right projects as possible in the shortest lead time.
