Ende 2017 meldete ich mich zum ersten Mal zur „Professional Scrum Master III“-Prüfung an. Ich wollte beweisen, dass ich mich mittlerweile richtig gut mit Scrum auskenne. Insgeheim spielte ich bereits mit dem Gedanken, irgendwann einmal Scrum Trainer zu werden. Die Prüfung stellt die Einstiegshürde für Trainer dar. Ich folgte dem gängigen Rat aus Scrum Foren: Bis zur Prüfung las ich jedes Buch über Scrum, das es auf dem Markt gab.
