Meistens geschieht dies nach dem Bauchgefühl einer einzelnen Person. Aus meiner Sicht beantwortet das die Frage, wie das Product-Backlog am schlechtesten priorisiert wird. Vielleicht liegt es einfach daran, dass viele keine Alternativen zu ihrem Bauchgefühl kennen.
