So, if you are just starting your career, I strongly recommend getting a job on an IT project in any other capacity like QA, Developer, DevOps, Business Analyst, or a Scrum Master. You’ll execute most of the projects with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. Keep in mind that you need to learn a bit about Scrum and Kanban.
But you’ve probably seen this in your career where you have people jumping around going, “Oh, hey, here’s the next silver bullet,” or, “We are going to turn into a scrum or an agile shop.” And so what we’re trying to do is make sure that we have the ability to adapt and produce something.
