Let me start by saying that I am not demeaning the Scrum Guide in any way. The Scrum framework has changed the world for the better in ways that are impossible to fully quantify simply because of the scale of its impact. That being said, the Scrum framework "just" guides the interactions of the Scrum team itself.
In such situations, agileleadership provides a valuable differentiator. Agileleadership, which considers itself flexible, collaborative, and value-driven, plays a perfect role in the very special needs of startups. Agileleadership is perfect for such an environment where flexibility supersedes rigid planning.
Scrum is often implemented at the team level, which can limit achieving business agility at scale. Enable Innovation : By breaking down silos and promoting a holistic view of product development, elevating Scrum empowers teams to experiment, learn, and adapt more quickly, leading to increased innovation and better customer outcomes.
They contacted me because they felt Scrum could help them increase their agility to the level they were looking for. My experience was mostly in using Scrum in software development teams and organizations, not in battery development where molecular formulas replace lines of code and anodes and cathodes are some of the artifacts.
