Are you considering taking a course on Coursera ? Professional learning is so important and there are some fantastic courses available on Coursera, which is a really good online learning platform. When I searched, there were over 2,300 ‘project management’ courses on the platform. I’ve done a few, some were better than others!

I’ve done a lot of project management training in my 20+ years as a project manager, and those courses helped me understand the skills, tools and techniques required to succeed leading projects. Luckily, many of those training programs have been paid for by my company over the years, or provided as internal courses.
Agile frameworks like Scrum are used in complex environments where more is unknown than known.
