This is not a ‘how-to’ book with templates or checklists, but rather a scaled-out strategy view. The book moves at a good pace and doesn’t drown you in theory.

Visual Project Management by Paul R. Williams, PMP. “Seeing is not only believing…seeing is understanding,” he writes.

It turned out to be the kind of book I would have read in one sitting, if I hadn’t known I’d be up around 5.30 am with my own kids… and I’ve got a lot better at getting enough sleep these days, however good a book is.
