Over the past decade, the landscape of project management has been significantly influenced by the rise of Agile methodologies and the advent of ArtificialIntelligence (AI). Agile methodologies emphasize iterative testing and feedback, which can complement traditional quality management practices if balanced correctly.
Agile is here to stay. AI, machinelearning & automation. Lifelong learning & knowledge management. Even beyond Agile, there is a shift in thinking in the industry. Agile is here to stay Agile has always been something like the somewhat rebellious, younger, and cooler sibling in project management.
But what if you don’t use PMI methods? Whether you subscribe to the PMI way of thinking or use another approach based on your background, skills, experience, certification or the expectations of management, I’m pretty sure that you’ll have to create project documents. And yes, agile project management artifacts get a mention.
