Believe it or not, the PMO doesn’t create a new template or a new process out of sadistic pleasure.
Each year at the House of PMO, we bring you the top ten trends to watch out for in PMO over the coming year. Therefore, back in 2017, I ran a first survey on the Net Promoter Score® of the Scaled Agile Framework SAFe®. I try to influence and change the minds of people who blindly see SAFe as the answer by offering how we can steadily improve practices by becoming more agile, especially at the team level. The result back then was -52.

He specialises in PMO’s and constructive laziness: the former with considerable rigor and the latter with a wry eye. Things change.
